Were can you find the camos(red tiger, blue tiger, weapon skins) DLL's for red tiger etc.?
And for pistols i want to reskin them?

There are DLLs used for texturing

texture files can be found in *.iwd archives, look for .iwi files
you may use xmodel exporter by regolith to locate certain skins
